CFEX WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY

CFEX Tech, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “CFEX”) created this Privacy Policy to inform site visitors, users, realtors, and investors (collectively referred to hereunder as  “you” or “your”) using our real estate equity investment platform and our web site (collectively, the “Website”).  This Privacy Policy also demonstrates our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of your privacy.

If you register to use this Website, you will be requested to share personal information such as your name, company name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, zip codes, and other personal information (“Personal Information”) in order to subscribe to access and use this Website and receive information.  Our third party payment processor will also request bank account information from you for payment to access and use this Website. Our third party payment processor shall be solely responsible for collecting and processing any payments made via this Website.  CFEX does not collect, store, or process any bank account information.  

If you communicate with us by email or complete online forms, we will require Personal Information that personally identifies you.  CFEX will also request your email address, mailing address, and phone number to: (i) communicate with you regarding investments; (ii) have someone contact you for additional information; or (iii) contact you in response to your request for information from us.  With the exception of your primary email address, Personal Information can be updated at any time through your User Dashboard.  If you need to amend your email address, you may need to create a new user account because each email identification serves as the unique identifier for that user.

  1.   Information about Your Accreditation.

If you register your account on this Website and/or choose to invest in one of our investment funds, you may be asked to self-report information relating to your status as an accredited investor.  You will need to certify that you meet certain criteria to be an accredited investor.  A full accreditation verification will also be required from a secure third party verifier before any subscriptions to invest are accepted. CFEX makes no representations or certifications as to whether you or any other investor are in fact accredited. You shall be responsible for transmitting the information via CFEX to the third party verifier.
